Events selling alcohol must provide licensed security guards who are in place to check ID at the door and identify guests under 21 and provide them with wristbands or a hand stamp. The Client must hire 1 security guard per 80 guests. The client will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Eventology23, LLC may incur as a consequence of the actions of The Client or any of The Clients guests while The Client s in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Eventology23, LLC against any and all legal actions which may arise from The Clients use of the venue.Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction. Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. No refunds of the space rental fees thereafter will be refunded if canceled 21 days prior to an event, as your agreement to rent Eventology23, LLC may cause the loss of additional bookings or business. If circumstances beyond the control of Eventololgy23, LLC force us to cancel your reservation, Eventology23, LLC will refund all sums paid. If the full rental payment is not received 21 days prior to your event, Eventology23, LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a deposit refund. An Event Manager will be available to the The Client leading up to their event and will be on property the day of the event discussed herein. Event Manager: Rose Martin The signed rental contract and date-hold deposit of 50% of the total fees is due at time of booking. The final balance of your rental fee is due twenty-one (21) days prior to your event. The security deposit will be waived if a copy of your Special Event Liability Insurance is submitted no later than ten (10) days prior to your event.
Great space and the owner was so nice! She made sure we had everything we needed to make our event a success. Her and her staff provided excellent service. They were also willing to help to help us set up. They truly went above and beyond for us!
