Professional Film Studio - Floor Rental (Lobby + 3 Studio Rooms + 1 Multipurpose Room)

Renters can host presentations, private office meetings, and rehearse for projects in this space. There's a lobby, three studio rooms, and one multipurpose room with seating that can be used as a waiting room, a quiet room, a storage room, etc. Studio 8A (1152 sq ft): This room has stadium style seating (60 chairs) and blackout curtains that can be drawn over the windows. The large backdrop can be used to keep belongings out of sight during presentations / rehearsals. Studio 8B (480 sq ft): We provide a comfortable and spacious room for meetings, rehearsals and presentations. Our studio has heating and AC with access to our lobby and restroom. Chairs and tables are available to set up as needed for your meeting! Studio 8C (368 sq ft): We provide a comfortable and spacious room for meetings, rehearsals and presentations. This naturally lit studio has heating and AC with access to our lobby and restroom. Chairs and a table are available to set up however needed for your meeting. Multipurpose Room (91 sq ft): This cute and quaint meeting space is perfect for professionals to buckle and get some work done. In addition to built in benches two ottomans allow for extra sitting room. In the colder weather, you can stay warm with the manual heater, available to all renters. *The Service is waved for bookings made during Office Hours (Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM) Please message for details. ADDITIONAL cleaning fee if there is any food or reception. $100. No messy or crumbly food. No alcohol. Weekend rentals or weekday rentals after 6pm require a $250 fee for a staff member to be on-site.
