1343 L Studio offers a fully equipped high-class production facility, it occupies for 3200 sqft, locating in the center of Downtown DC, a block away from National Press and Washington Post, 0.5 miles from White House. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

My first experience was excellent, so I scheduled another shoot here. My client was very pleased at how easy it was to work in the space and how convenient it was for our interviewee. June was very responsive and helpful once again. I highly recommend this studio to directors and cinematographers in the DC area.

This studio surpassed all reasonable expectations. June and her colleague were incredibly helpful and accommodating from the first moment I walked in the door. When my shoot ran late, they allowed me to extend my reservation, then even allowed me to leave my production gear overnight when I ran into a transportation problem! The space itself was perfect. It was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable with plenty of room for the set, craft services, a small "production office/corner" and a green room for the actors. I will absolutely be returning here for all future productions!

Yes, I would book again.

My experience was great! Dynamic space and reasonable price. Very roomy and perfect for any photo or video shoot. The owner was right there to give me a tour of the facility when i arrived and when I got lost she hopped on the phone and gave me directions. She even extended my time so I could finish my shoot.

Honestly have never met anyone more helpful and accommodating. The space was much bigger than I expected and there was parking. That was huge.
