1343 L Studio offers a fully equipped high-class production facility, it occupies for 3200 sqft, locating in the center of Downtown DC, a block away from National Press and Washington Post, 0.5 miles from White House. With versatile sets functions are ready for TV broadcasting/talk show/commercials/cooking show/video production/photography. Studio provides turn-key and custom studio rental packages. Studio Rental is only for Video/Photo Production Use! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We shot green screen in this space which worked out well for location and setup, and is QUIET. Space is big with large kitchen area, and plenty of room for cases and storage. Parking outside in alley is also a huge plus, and studio manager was courteous and great with communication. Unfortunately no C-stands or Sandbags are on site so we had to carry those in down steps to the basement, but aside from that everything was great!
