All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

1343 L Studio offers a fully equipped high-class production facility, it occupies for 3200 sqft, locating in the center of Downtown DC, a block away from National Press and Washington Post, 0.5 miles from White House. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I absolutely loved this space! Had my heart set on it since I saw it on Peerspace. The staff was absolutely so helpful. Especially June, she helped me with every question, also gave her opinion when I needed it. 10/10. She is so Friendly and understanding. The venue itself was incredible. Super spacious, amazing lighting, amazing aesthetic, loved you can control the Temperature in the room! Again 10/10 definitely recommend.
