Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This elegant recreational room is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling, movie night, sporting event or friendly gathering. The space features: - 2 - Mounted 60 inch TV's - Wet bar includes dishwasher, mini-fridge, sink, and microwave - Casual seating for 15 guests - 1 Pool table - Tall ceilings and accent lighting - Pool views This space can comfortably hold up to 50 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking is available on the 5th and 6th levels of the Costco parking structure. There is also 90 minute parking available outside the leasing office. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable. • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Also, if you have in-person contact with one of our team members, a face covering is required.

The parking and location was wonderful. The lounge is as pictured! However, the host was not as communicative when I messaged her and she gave no clear directions for the guests to get in. It was a struggle to find a way in and out of the building. There was no one working as well so I couldn’t ask for wifi info or where to toss the bags of trash. It was overall confusing for me.

This space was the perfect location for my brother's surprise graduation party! Courtney was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. The office staff the day-of the event were also very helpful whenever we had any questions. The space is already so nicely decorated and designed, all we had to do for the party was add the graduation decor touches. We used the island for buffet style serving (very wide and long island, enough to have food on both sides longways, and plates & utensils and beverages on the shorter ends), and used the under counter refrigerator and warming drawer for extras. In addition to the 8-person table already in the room, we brought in a rectangular 8-person table and two 6-person round tables. In all, we were able to seat 28 people comfortably. The room is so spacious that there was enough room for people to spread out and socialize. We were able to hook up our tablet to the TV in the lounge area to display a photo slideshow and we also brought in a speaker to have music playing in the background. The lounge is flanked by glass, one on the pool side and 17'-0" wide sliding glass doors on the entry side. Since this was going to be a surprise, we used suction cups with hooks and shower curtain liners to visually block the room when my brother walked into the building lobby. Since it was a hot day, the pool was being used by the residents, but I don't think any of my guests minded because we were so busy having a good time. The ceiling height in the room is so high that there is a glass window on the 2nd floor resident hallway looking into the space; even though I wasn't worried about looky-loos, it didn't seem like that hallway was widely traversed anyway. Although the listing saying that it is not wheelchair accessible, that is incorrect. The lounge is on the first floor, in direct line of the entry lobby, which are all on-grade with the sidewalk. My father who has a disability did not have any difficulties accessing the space. Another plus is that there are ample parking spaces in front of the building available for loading and unloading. This is a lovely space and I highly recommend!

The Lounge space offered by Courtney at the Bella Terra Residences apartment complex is a beautiful and modern space for any event/party/meeting/function! The lounge offers plenty of seating and table arrangements, a pool table, and kitchenette with large counter tops, an island, microwave, sink and mini fridge. There are restroom facilities just around the corner. There is plenty of space for guests to roam. I was able to bring in extra tables and chairs, decorations, and catering without issue. Courtney is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this space for anyone's event needs!

Courtney was excellent and answered all of my many questions! A few girls and I planned our best friends baby shower and it was excellent. Plenty of space for guest. Parking is a little bit of a hassle but we had no issues! Beautiful space!
