Our elegant meeting space is perfect for any small social gathering or meeting. Flexible seating allows for a versatile space and ability to breakout as needed. Whether you're hosting a small corporate happy hour or a team meeting, this space will be sure to suit your needs. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with club chairs, table, and space for food and drinks Conference table with 12 chairs Seating for up to 28 people 60" HD TV with HDMI capabilities (cords not provided) Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available on the 5th and 6th levels of the Costco parking structure. There is also 90 minute parking just outside the leasing office As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable. • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Also, if you have in-person contact with one of our team members, a face covering is required.

We reserved our meeting for 2 days. The space was cute & decent for our usage and had things we needed, but we likely won’t reserve again. All parking nearby were only 90 mins or tow zone. We would have to park really far to avoid being towed. Host wasn’t responsive during the time we reserved the meeting space. Host wasn’t the owner or manager of the meeting space but rather a 3rd party renting meeting space from an apartment community. We could barely get assistance on-site. As host was not responsive. We would try to talk to leasing for help but whenever we did they said they have nothing to do with the meeting space and kept referring us back to the Host. They did help with adjusting AC though. The power went out for 30 mins. We lost 30 mins of time and when we told the leasing office this, they didn’t really care to do anything about extending our time. We tried contacting the host about it, they didn’t even respond for the duration of our reservation or even 48 hrs after. The space was a hassle to get to as it was in an apartment building and bathroom was on a different floor making it inconvenient. No trash cans in or near the space so you have to bring your own trash bag and then lug it around behind the building to throw out. The building isn’t small so everything was annoying for this space. For the price we rented out of $600+ a day, it was not worth it.

The space was perfect for what we needed. The facility was nice and clean. The one feedback I have was that the instructions to connect to Wi-Fi weren't clear. We didn't have the correct network name to join and spent about 20min trying to figure out how to connect. Once we got on, everything worked fine.

The space was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it. Only issue was clear direction was not given on how to get to the leasing office once you park at the Costco. So we were lost for some time. We were also not told to check in at the front to get a key fob so got locked in the hallway. Small details that would have been very helpful to know.

The space was very beautiful and elegant, only major issues were how far the parking structure was and they were not on time. Other than that it is a very great space to rent.
