Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The high end space can accommodate a variety of events/meetings/photo shoots/film productions. The range of available meeting rooms and private offices, along with the reception area provide a luxurious atmosphere for you and your guests. One of the nicest commercial buildings in Atlanta. Everyone will be impressed with the high end finishes and positive energy the space has. Parking is available for $7/hr in a covered garage. Bookings requested after 6 PM and before 7 AM during the week is an additional 30%. Bookings requested Saturday or Sunday is an additional 30%. Any bookings that request HVAC between the hours below will be an additional $60/hour. -During the week: Any reservation after 6:00 PM and before 7:00 AM -Saturday: Any reservation after 1:00 PM -Sunday: HVAC is off all day so any requests will be an additional $60/hour.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
