23 Floors Up, This high end space can accommodate a variety of photo shoot and filming productions. The range of available meeting rooms and private offices, along with the reception area provide a luxurious atmosphere for you and your guests. One of the nicest commercial buildings in Atlanta. Everyone will be impressed with the high end finishes and positive energy the space has. FILMING AND SHOOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LOBBY AREA OR ANY OTHER FLOOR OR ROOM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FILM CREWS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK TWO SPACES Parking is available for $7/hr in a covered garage. Bookings requested after 6 PM and before 7 AM during the week is an additional 30%. Bookings requested Saturday or Sunday is an additional 30%. Any bookings that request HVAC between the hours below will be an additional $60/hour. -During the week: Any reservation after 6:00 PM and before 7:00 AM -Saturday: Any reservation after 1:00 PM -Sunday: HVAC is off all day so any requests will be an additional $60/hour.

We prefer film shoots to be held after 5 pm during the week and we are open to any time during the weekend. No smoking is allowed and guests are responsible for their own parking. Outside food is allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

I worked with Tom while booking a corporate event and he was very responsive and informative. I spoke to several other vendors during my search and Tom was the only one that I felt comfortable with due to his great customer service skills. I would work with him again in the future!
