The range of available meeting rooms and private offices, along with the reception area provide a luxurious atmosphere for you and your guests. One of the nicest commercial buildings in Atlanta. Everyone will be impressed with the high end finishes and positive energy the space has. Parking is available for $7/hr in a covered garage. Bookings requested after 6 PM and before 7 AM during the week is an additional 30%. Bookings requested Saturday or Sunday is an additional 30%. Any bookings that request HVAC between the hours below will be an additional $60/hour. -During the week: Any reservation after 6:00 PM and before 7:00 AM -Saturday: Any reservation after 1:00 PM -Sunday: HVAC is off all day so any requests will be an additional $60/hour.

Excellent!!! I was staying at the Hilton nearby, and this meeting room was not only nicer, it was less expensive. Tom and Nathalie were so helpful and we had a beautiful buffet breakfast each morning with the meeting. When we had a few more than expected, Nathalie quickly got us some more chairs and another pot of coffee. We will absolutely be back. Such a great spot for a meeting!

We had everything we needed to cover the logistical needs for our meeting thanks to Tom's communication before the rental and availability of Tom and Natalie during the rental.
