All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
23 Floors Up, This high end space can accommodate a variety of off-site and business meeting needs. The range of available meeting rooms and private offices, along with the reception area provide a luxurious atmosphere for you and your guests. One of the nicest commercial buildings in Atlanta. Everyone will be impressed with the high end finishes and positive energy the space has. Parking is available for $7/hr in a covered garage. Bookings requested after 6 PM and before 7 AM during the week is an additional 30%. Bookings requested Saturday or Sunday is an additional 30%. Any bookings that request HVAC between the hours below will be an additional $60/hour. -During the week: Any reservation after 6:00 PM and before 7:00 AM -Saturday: Any reservation after 1:00 PM -Sunday: HVAC is off all day so any requests will be an additional $60/hour.

General Rules
We prefer film shoots to be held after 5 pm during the week and we are open to any time during the weekend. No smoking is allowed and guests are responsible for their own parking. Outside food is allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. Tom’s instructions were perfect. It was easy to park and get to the suite. Coffee and water was provided and they checked in on us to make sure we had all we needed. I would definitely book here again!

Beautiful office space! I was running late for my staff meeting and I reached out to Tom to let him know.. He assured me Alexis would be there and gave her a heads up. Alexis, very personable and professional offered water and coffee. I love love love how she was so calm gave me a few moments to collect myself.. (I saw that Ms. Alexis) and I loved it.
