Pricing: $250 per hour Included in your hourly rate: - Use of our 2,000 square foot gallery themed event space - Use of our 2,000 square foot event space with bar - Use of our lobby (orange space in pics) - Use of our 4 unisex bathrooms Extras: - 100 chairs - 10 tables - Wireless mic - 2 small stages for performances Capacities: 5,000 square feet 400 people standing 300 cocktail 200 seated dinner We’re located right off the Jefferson Street Stop on the L Train, neighbor to the House of Yes in the heart of the Trendy Art Scene of Bushwick, Brooklyn.
Smoking is not allowing in the Studio. Any Alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the premises without proper licenses. All events should be RSVP events and tickets should not be sold at the door.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
