With a lounge area designed to seat 30 people, a semi-private breakout area seating up to 10, and 14 bar seats, the space is ideal for hosting smaller, intimate meetings. Multiple options for A/V including two 45" monitors, access to ceiling speakers, and microphones available (though they really aren't needed here - other than to record). Garage parking options are numerous, including one garage steps from the entrance. Ideal use of the space to privately host up to 30 guests at a time for meetings, presentations, baby showers, daytime pop-ups, and other daytime professional use. $150/hour (8am - 4pm - outside of regular service) includes A/V. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
