Outside caterers are allowed. Personal vehicles are permitted but group transportation is encouraged.
Hard alcohol is not permitted on-site.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our space is the perfect space for your corporate or social gathering. Our historic Stone Cellar provides the perfect backdrop for your special event. Located in the heart of St. Helena, CA. Our site fee is $85 per person and includes tables, chairs, linens, glassware, wine, and candelabras. We can accommodate up to 200 guests. Your guests arrive at our space, one of Napa Valley's oldest wineries and most spectacular event venues. They are greeted with a refreshing glass of wine, allowed to roam our art gallery and then welcomed into our historic stone cellar with their friends or colleagues for a most memorable meal. • Seating for 200 • 30 Round Tables • Ample Free Parking • Speakers • No outside Alcohol • Outside Food Allowed (Professional Caterer provided)
