This space is perfect for private parties, seated dinners up to 50 guests, holiday gatherings, workshops, classes and meetings. Custom catering is available through the restaurant (no outside caterers). This space is light and spacious. Big windows and modern decor deliver a very happy vibe and it's a perfect venue for hosting rehearsal dinners, corporate parties, cocktail parties, workshops and meetings, etc... Tables and chairs are included in the rental. It is located next to Stouthaus coffee on the frontage road of hwy 290, between Brodie and Westgate in South Austin. There is ample free parking.
No smoking is allowed inside the building. Outside food and beverages are allowed, but the use of our kitchen by outside vendors is prohibited. No pets are allowed in this space at any time.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
