**Sale for events taking place in October & November 2019 ONLY** Our modern creative space includes 725 square feet of open space, lofty 14 foot ceilings and is minimally decorated to serve as the perfect backdrop for any production or event. The west facing street-level windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and steel curtain doors provide you with the option to completely block out light as needed. We're located on the edge of Chinatown, Echo Park and DTLA just off the 110 freeway on ramp. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a newly updated restroom. The following furniture is available for your use (free of charge): 1 VERY PINK BATHROOM 1 WHITE BOARD + ASSORTED MARKERS 1 LONG TABLE + 6 CHAIRS 2 SATELLITE BARS 6 BAR STOOLS 1 HIGH BOY + 2 STOOLS 2 COMFY CHAIRS + SIDE TABLE 1 MINT GREEN MINI FRIDGE BUILT IN BENCH ASSORTED PLANTS 2 MOUNTED SONOS SPEAKERS HIGH SPEED INTERNET *We do not offer additional rentals with the space. However, you are welcome to bring in additional rentals with approval. You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the front door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. Generally we are more than happy to meet our guests to get you situated. For events where ANY alcohol is to be consumed or served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender. Failure to provide our staff with the appropriate certification will result in a fine of $250+ We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits and any negotiated load-ins prior to the rental period will be billed at $75 per visit. Please Note: - If you require any furniture to be moved or stored for the duration or your event, there will be a fee to move and store it that is based on what you want moved and/or stored. Fees start at $50. If you would like either of the satellite bars or the refrigerator moved or stored, we require that our staff moves it. - The space is situated next to a micro boutique hotel and event venue and occasionally some noise can be heard from neighboring events and guests.
Guests may provide their own food and beverages or bring in an outside caterer (must be insured). Alcohol is allowed if the event will be via invite and not open to the public. If alcohol is served, the guest must purchase third party event insurance. All set up and clean up must be completed within the allotted rental time period. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

My experience with this venue was amazing, my wife was impressed with the venue for her baby shower and, guest were amazed by how presentable and convenient it was with location. The place was not clean at all. I had to do the cleaning myself. The counters and walls had scuffs and it just looked dirty overall. I was also not pleased with the lack of communication. I called Katie multiple times on Saturday to try to add some time to my booking and she never answered and also yesterday and she never called me back. She then proceeded to charge me a ridiculous fee.

My birthday event at the good idea space was amazing! I had about 40 people in attendance and there was more than enough room for all us. Katie was super helpful and responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this space for small events, and more.

The place was is perfect for a small party or a get together! The furniture and decor is very aesthetically pleasing, and everyone love it. Katie provided detailed information in advance to make sure we were able to get in and out, figure out the sound system, wifi etc- which was really appreciated.

Katie was amazing and responding very quickly. The space was easy to get into and appeared as advertised. We had a beautiful party, and everyone loved the space. The only downside is not a lot of parking for a nighttime event.
