Our modern creative space includes 725 square feet of open space, lofty 14 foot ceilings and is minimally decorated to serve as the perfect backdrop for any production or event. The west facing street-level windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and steel curtain doors provide you with the option to completely block out light as needed. We're located on the edge of Chinatown, Echo Park and DTLA just off the 110 freeway on ramp. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a newly updated restroom. The following furniture is available for your use (free of charge): 1 VERY PINK BATHROOM 1 WHITE BOARD + ASSORTED MARKERS 1 LONG TABLE + 6 CHAIRS 2 SATELLITE BARS 6 BAR STOOLS 1 HIGH BOY + 2 STOOLS 2 COMFY CHAIRS + SIDE TABLE 1 MINT GREEN MINI FRIDGE BUILT IN BENCH ASSORTED PLANTS 2 MOUNTED SONOS SPEAKERS HIGH SPEED INTERNET You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the front door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. Generally we are more than happy to meet our guests to get you situated. For evening/ nighttime events where alcohol is to be served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender and may be required to provide additional event insurance that can be purchased through eventhelper.com. We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits and any negotiated load-ins prior to the rental period will be billed at $75 per visit. Please also note that if you require any furniture to be moved or stored for the duration or your event, there will be a fee to move and store it that is based on what you want moved and/or stored. Fees start at $50. If you would like either of the satellite bars or the refrigerator moved or stored, we require that our staff moves it.
Guests may provide their own food and beverages or bring in an outside caterer (must be insured). Alcohol is allowed if the event will be via invite and not open to the public. If alcohol is served, the guest must purchase third party event insurance. All set up and clean up must be completed within the allotted rental time period. No glitter No window decals No smoking No lit candles/ flame of any kind No loud music past 1:00 AM No moving of the satellite bars or mini fridge without approval No use of outdoor spaces without approval All trash must be gathered together or placed in the dumpster (located in closet on Alpine St.) Any bottles indicating alcohol must be placed in trash bags before being placed in the dumpster/ recycle bin. Doors must be locked upon departure
The Event space was AMAZING. Perfect for our baby shower. The space is roomy yet cozy for our crowd of 30. The decor is simple yet beautiful to compliment our added decor. The only issue is not having an immediate contact to call or text if there’s a problem. There was an issue with the sound system and i would Have had to go through peerspace to try to contact someone which is a bit inconvenient. Finally one of my friends was able to figure it out an hour into the event. But still couldn’t play a playlist i had Created. Ended up just playing whatever music we found on Sonos lol. All in all we had a great time and would likely book again.
The space was perfect to host a party for about 35 people. It was clean and nicely furnished. I received so many compliments from the guests about how nice the venue was. Will definitely book again for future events.
The space was super cute and was the perfect spot for my bridal shower. All my friends loved it! Great natural lighting! Mini fridge! Cute pink-walled restroom.
The venue was beautiful. It afforded our LA alumni to celebrate the end of the year in a stylish and welcoming space. Ultimately, the hosting team encountered music and wifi issues that required the owner to come to the venue multiple times to fix the technical difficulties. Although the party ended on time, the team took a few moments to collect all of our supplies and incurred a late fee. If you stay here, watch the clock very carefully because even 10-15 min delays can cost you. There was also some confusion on the exact location as the booking info did not match the contract, so be careful of that as well as you begin publicity.
This space was perfect for my pop-up shop! It was super clean and exactly as the photos showed. It was easy to park in front of the shop to load in, too. Would definitely return!
I walked into the Creative space and my jaw dropped. Extremely easy to unlock and set up the music. My group couldn't stop complimenting the space all night, "Where did you find this place?!" "It's so cool here!" So beautiful and had such a great experience. Ash was extremely helpful and answered my 100 questions before my event. Really enjoyed my time and will absolutely be booking in the future.
Super easy rental in an adorable space. My friends baby shower was intimate and she loved the cute details and cool bathroom. The coffee shop owner next door is also super helpful! Great rental - I would use it again.
This space was perfect for our workshops! We had four workshops here catered to high school/college girls, and it was the perfect space for us. Our workshops ranged from 10 to 25 attendees, and it was the perfect size for all the groups. Never felt too empty or too cramped. Katie who helped me with the space was amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed to make the workshops a great experience. The girls absolutely loved the space! Can't wait to host more workshops here.
