Our modern creative space includes 725 square feet of open space, lofty 14 foot ceilings and is minimally decorated to serve as the perfect backdrop for any production or event. The west facing street-level windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and steel curtain doors provide you with the option to completely block out light as needed. We're located on the edge of Chinatown, Echo Park and DTLA just off the 110 freeway on ramp. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a newly updated restroom. The following furniture is available for your use (free of charge): 1 VERY PINK BATHROOM 1 WHITE BOARD + ASSORTED MARKERS 1 LONG TABLE + 6 CHAIRS 2 SATELLITE BARS 6 BAR STOOLS 1 HIGH BOY + 2 STOOLS 2 COMFY CHAIRS + SIDE TABLE 1 MINT GREEN MINI FRIDGE BUILT IN BENCH ASSORTED PLANTS 2 MOUNTED SONOS SPEAKERS HIGH SPEED INTERNET You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the front door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. Generally we are more than happy to meet our guests to get you situated. For events where alcohol is to be served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender. Failure to provide our staff with the appropriate certification will result in a fine of $250+ We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits and any negotiated load-ins prior to the rental period will be billed at $75 per visit. Please also note that if you require any furniture to be moved or stored for the duration or your event, there will be a fee to move and store it that is based on what you want moved and/or stored. Fees start at $50. If you would like either of the satellite bars or the refrigerator moved or stored, we require that our staff moves it.
Guests may provide their own food and beverages or bring in an outside caterer (must be insured). Alcohol is allowed if the event will be via invite and not open to the public. If alcohol is served, the guest must purchase third party event insurance. All set up and clean up must be completed within the allotted rental time period. No glitter No window decals No smoking No lit candles/ flame of any kind No loud music past 1:00 AM No moving of the satellite bars or mini fridge without approval No use of outdoor spaces without approval All trash must be gathered together for cleaning crew Doors must be locked upon departure

This storefront is perfect for a small gathering of friends and family! We had about 40 guests show. The furniture is perfect and the bar area is very convenient. The huge white wall was fantastic for the video we showed with a projector too. I would definitely book the space for another event.
The venue was cute and as pictured. I Threw A prom themed party but had issues with the sonos/WiFi setup. It was super slow and Froze making it difficult to change the music so that was a bit frustrating. Still the guests had a great time but anyone needing to play music, please be sure to double check they’ve updated their WiFi . The venue is aware and responded promptly after I told them about the hiccup. They said they would be looking into resolving this issue for future guests. But a good venue so I’d still recommend hosting your event here. Thanks!!
Wonderful spot! Recommend having your event on Sunday so your guests can park for free on the street. Held 30 people perfectly; everyone loved it. No problem with the Sonos sound system ot getting inside. Fridge is very tiny, though (holds around 30 drinks).
Really loved this venue! It was perfect for our baby shower which ended up being about 25-30 people, but the space can definitely hold more. I got so many compliments on the space and lots of questions about how I found it. The instructions were easy in terms of how to get into the space and what to do. The lighting was perfect for pictures, the layout was great for a food buffet, and clean up is easy. Because the space is so nicely decorated, we needed few additional decorations and the ones we did put up looked extra nice. The only thing was that we could not connect to the SONOS sound system -- I think it was connected to a different account and would not locate our music playlists, so we ended up using a portable speaker which we had luckily brought along just in case. There was no one around on a weekend to assist on site though there was a number to call if necessary - I can't speak to how accessible it would have been as we never tried to call. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend/book again.
