Our modern creative space includes 725 square feet of open space, lofty 14 foot ceilings and is minimally decorated to serve as the perfect backdrop for any production or event. The west facing street-level windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day and steel curtain doors provide you with the option to completely block out light as needed. We're located on the edge of Chinatown, Echo Park and DTLA just off the 110 freeway on ramp. The entire open space is available to our guests, including a newly updated restroom. The following furniture is available for your use (free of charge): 1 VERY PINK BATHROOM 1 LONG TABLE + 6 CHAIRS 2 SATELLITE BARS 6 BAR STOOLS 1 HIGH BOY + 2 STOOLS 2 COMFY CHAIRS + SIDE TABLE 1 MINT MINI FRIDGE BUILT IN BENCH ASSORTED PLANTS 2 MOUNTED SONOS SPEAKERS HIGH SPEED INTERNET *For most photo shoots, film shoots and select high-impact events, we require a $500 security deposit that is refundable less any damages, if any. *We do not offer additional rentals with the space. However, you are welcome to bring in additional rentals with approval. You will either be greeted personally by one of our associates or provided with a code to enter through the front door if your rental is to begin early in the morning or if no one is available at that time. Generally we are more than happy to meet our guests to get you situated. For events where ANY alcohol is to be consumed or served, guests are required to hire a licensed bartender. Failure to provide our staff with the appropriate certification will result in a fine of $250+ We are happy to accommodate ONE site visit for our guests. Additional walk-throughs, site visits and any negotiated load-ins prior to the rental period will be billed at $75 per visit. Please Note: - If you require any furniture to be moved or stored for the duration or your event, there will be a fee to move and store it that is based on what you want moved and/or stored. Fees start at $50. If you would like either of the satellite bars or the refrigerator moved or stored, we require that our staff moves it. - The space is situated next to a micro boutique hotel and event venue and occasionally some noise can be heard from neighboring events and guests.

Booked this for my wedding ceremony and taking group photos, and it was PERFECT!! An amazing value :) It was so cute inside and Gracie was very responsive! It's also right next to a cute coffee shop. The only note I have is that perhaps the how-to instructions for the Sonos speakers could be updated; we were not able to connect to the speakers and it seemed like the instructions were out of date. We used portable backup speakers and that worked just fine. Anyway, I would absolutely recommend!! <3

The space was exactly what we were looking for. Much bigger than we initially thought (not a bad thing at all). The space was very easy to find and access, as well as lock back up again when our allotted time was over. The layout was great and required very minimal additional decoration. Because our event was on Sunday, parking was a breeze, although I can imagine it being slightly more difficult on other days of the week. The space provided enough seating for our entire group and no additional furniture was required. I would definitely rent the space again and recommend it to people looking for an affordable, medium sized space for their event.

This space was amazing — absolutely adorable! Recently hosted a pop-up in this storefront. Aside from the promotional attendees, the local businesses provided the walk-ins. Gracie was awesome! Very attentive, yet allowed me a certain freedom to do my thing! Definitely RECOMMEND.
