FOOD AND DRINK Host works exclusively with firstname.lastname@example.org email them for options. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. We held our Leadership meeting in this location. We used the outside area for most of our meeting. There is a nice table and also a sitting area. The outdoor area has heaters which we used in the early evening as we wrapped up our meeting. At one point, we had to view slides so we used the family room area with large comfortable sofas and a screen that we could use to project slides. The kitchen also worked well for putting out the lunch and snacks. For others that might use this location- you will need to bring your own supplies (coffee & cups, flip chart easel, markers) Our group was about 10 for most of the day & it was perfect.
