Welcome to our cozy SoMa Cafe Conference Room! Capacity for 4-6 people, open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Easy access across the street from 4th and King Caltrain Train and Muni Street car stations: *43-inch TV monitor with HDMI cables (Mac and PC); *Apple TV *1 fixed white board; *Enjoy complementary coffee, latte, and cappuccino (Jura ENA 9 One Touch Coffee/Latte/Cappuccino Machine), tea, water and electric kettle; *Access to large kitchen area that includes fridge, microwave, counter space and vending machine. 24 hours prior to your rental an email confirmation will be sent providing instructions to our space, along with building and conference room door codes and other user information.
1. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. 2. Please place landfill items in the black trash bins and and recyclables like paper, cans, bottles, cardboard, etc in the blue recycle bin before the end of your reservation. Green waste and compostable items are to be placed in the green bin in the space or in the identified compost bin in the outside kitchen area. 3. Extra Time: If you wish to extend your reservation you can do so through your existing reservation on PeerSpace or send us an email. If you remain in the room past your reserved end time without extending your reservation, we'll assume you intend to stay another hour and charge the card on file for the additional time. 4. Care of items in CO-Spot: There is one 43-inch TV-monitor, and one Apple TV, one Jura ENA 9 One-Touch; if these and any other items/furniture are missing or damaged during your rental, responsibility and cost to repair or replace will fall on the client/guest. 5. Lights: Help us help the planet by turning off all lights and TV before leaving. 6. Close and Lock Door Please! At the end of your booking, please ensure the door is fully closed and locked.
