Very Responsive

This clubhouse was the perfect spot for an engagement party. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, it was super easy to get all of the info. The space itself was clean and the perfect size for 25-30 people, with plenty of seating, table/counter space, and a large fridge/freezer for drinks. Parking was very limited but it all worked out. 9.5 out of 10.

We booked the beautiful space for a photo shoot for our family start-up business. Lauren C. was our host. She provided perfect communication in a timely fashion. She answered all of my questions so I did not feel like a fish out of water when we arrived for the shoot. I toured the location the day before to make sure I knew everything I needed to know to avoid uncertainties. The receptionist provided friendly service as well so that was an added perk. Everything went as planned. The photoshoot was a success and we had a blast! The photos will be used for our website and the July/August issue of a Magazine in Central Texas. This was such a great experience that we will be booking more spaces from Peerspace in the future.

We had a bridal shower here for my future daughter in law. The space was perfect for our 30 guests, with lots of room to move around. The space is decorated very nice and modern. Parking is a little tricky so I’d provide to guests a detailed map with parking instructions and place yard signs at the entrance to the complex and walk way to the building. Other than that the space is great!

The space was clean and well decorated. The site staff was helpful. The booking agent was responsive. If you book this site, it would helpful to spell out the parking situation with a map in the invitation since the clubhouse is not accessible from outside the complex gates. Also, the parking is probably 30-50 meters from the clubhouse so a wagon or cart would be helpful to bring in any event materials. We had a great time and the huge bar was great for our food buffet.

The space is really nice and pretty. There are actually two rooms, but I couldn’t tell that from the photos.. Parking is awful—you have to park outside the complex and walk in. All of the guests were confused with the parking. In order to access the space, you have to check in with the leasing office. On the day of my event, no one was there to give me access to the space. I called and texted the number that I was given to contact someone at the apartment complex and no one answered nor responded. Thankfully, someone was working out next to the clubhouse and let us in. Otherwise, I would have never gained access to the space. The place is really nice, but due the parking and the unresponsiveness of the complex, I can’t say that I would recommend this place.

The space was beautiful! It worked perfectly for the baby shower we hosted for my sister. I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a small gathering with an at-home feeling. There were plenty of seating areas, great counter space for food and drinks and a beautiful fireplace. The only challenge is making sure that your guests know where to go because the Clubhouse is located inside the Condo complex. We had our husbands stand outside the gate and help direct our guests to the space. But, other than that, it was great!

Love the space! Was perfect for my baby shower for about 50 ppl! A little hard to find but my advice is to give your guest directions prior to! The staff were friendly and helpful!
