All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This beautifully designed club room lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling or formal dining. A full catering kitchen makes this space ideal for small cooking demonstrations or events that utilize catering. The space features: Gas fireplace Casual seating for 20 guests Formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests Kitchen includes - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, large island and bar stools Tall Ceilings and accent lighting Direct access to the space through the lobby - no elevators Fully private space This space can comfortably hold up to 50 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking is not available within the building but street and public parking is available in the area. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Please note that this is a private community. We do not allow any unauthorized vehicles to park within the community gates with the exception of the loading and unloading vehicle. Guests will have the option to park in front of the leasing office or along Barton's Bluff Lane - excluding the fire lanes. We highly recommend to have guests carpool with each other or use drop off services such as Uber and Lyft to make sure everyone has access.
General Rules
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

This space was great. Plenty of space, great amenities and very clean. Checking in was easy and I was given detailed instructions so there was no confusion on what to expect or expectations of me. The only issue was saw was the walk to the actual billing was a bit difficult as the guests had to park at the front of the office which was very limited then walk through the complex to get to the actual building. But each guest was very impressed with the look of the space and commented several times of how nice it was. I would definitely rent again

No, I would not book again.
This venue was booked for my daughter’s baby shower, as I live out of state. Even with booking, providing payment and calling, my booking was reverted and I was not contacted. I found out the day before, when I arrived to Texas (from my son-in-law). We were able to use the space and the space itself is nice. Although, there wasn’t any cleaning supplies; broom, towel or soap, nor was there parking on site. We were not met by a representative at any time and I had to post book the venue, for them to receive payment. Creating stress and inconvenience for myself and my family. This was my first time using Peerspace and I do not see myself using it again.

The host was very responsive, she was generally informative although there were details surrounding getting into space and putting down a deposit that kept coming up later than I would have liked them to. The space was gorgeous, the refrigerator was a little weak but served its purpose. Overall, our happy hour was a great time and the space was clean and the management was generally responsible. I would use this space again if the need arose.

This was such a lovely hosting space and our guest truly enjoyed the event. We hosted a baby shower and it was just perfect. The kitchen space was spacious and, full size fridge was amazing. Luckily the weather was nice enough to have the beautiful double doors open to let a nice fresh breeze it. Would highly recommend for any type of gathering. Great & friendly staff were very accommodating and took care of us start to finish.

Beautiful space and comfortable seating and we enjoyed having a kitchen space as well. Be sure that someone is available to let you into the area as everything is locked and we did have to scramble a bit when the agent was delayed in getting out to let us into the locked areas.
