Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was an excellent choice for our engagement party! Very spacious, more so than the pics suggest which was great. The secondary room to the side was great for our guest to hang out in too. Plus some space to hang out outside as well. A huge kitchen counter top, more than enough space for our food and beverages. Really loved the space! The one and only con here is the parking. Parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Our guest did their best to find a spot wherever they could without worrying about being towed. Whether that was along the street or in the few guest parking spaces scattered throughout the complex. And so there is a small trek to get to the space, which is put a little more center of the complex. Other than that, the space itself is wonderful. Would definitely consider using it again.

Guests have to park on the street and walk a distance to the actual clubhouse but it worked and they didn’t seem to mind. Definitely book again!

Great space for my babyshower with so much room! In regards to the parking I would highly recommend alerting your guests ahead of time and get a map from the apartment complex website to circle where they need to go and park. This made things so much easier for guests

This is a lovely space in a nice apartment complex. It was beautiful and a perfect space for my daughter's wedding shower. Just be aware of two things: 1. The kitchen is not stocked with anything. We had to go buy a sharp knife, a cutting board, a corkscrew and paper towels at the last minute. 2. The gate code and parking situations are very challenging. Be sure and go there before your event so that you can accurately describe to your guests how to get in. I used balloons to mark the way and that helped.

Space was a little difficult to get to as it's in the middle of the apartments but it was beautiful and worked great for our baby shower! Suggest grabbing a map from the front office and scanning it with a mark up or something for your guests. We also put a sign out where to turn between apartments to walk in to the space. Loved it!

Great space! It might seem smaller but we very comfortably fit 30 people with no issues. Be warned the parking situation is a bit chaotic

Great venue for our party and host as well as local management are very helpful and cooperative. The only things I have to comment on was the AC panel was locked and it got warm without being able to lower the temperature, and parking was very limited for a large party.
