This beautifully designed clubroom hosts executive meetings and strategic planning sessions up to 20 comfortably seated. A full catering kitchen can customize the experience further with cooking onsite capabilities for luncheons or utilizing catering. --Space Accommodations-- Casual seating for 20 guests Formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests Kitchen includes - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, large island and bar stools Tall Ceilings and accent lighting Direct access to the space through the lobby - no elevators Fully private space This space can comfortably hold up to 50 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking is not available within the building but street and public parking is available in the area. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The host was very responsive, she was generally informative although there were details surrounding getting into space and putting down a deposit that kept coming up later than I would have liked them to. The space was gorgeous, the refrigerator was a little weak but served its purpose. Overall, our happy hour was a great time and the space was clean and the management was generally responsible. I would use this space again if the need arose.

This was such a lovely hosting space and our guest truly enjoyed the event. We hosted a baby shower and it was just perfect. The kitchen space was spacious and, full size fridge was amazing. Luckily the weather was nice enough to have the beautiful double doors open to let a nice fresh breeze it. Would highly recommend for any type of gathering. Great & friendly staff were very accommodating and took care of us start to finish.

Beautiful space and comfortable seating and we enjoyed having a kitchen space as well. Be sure that someone is available to let you into the area as everything is locked and we did have to scramble a bit when the agent was delayed in getting out to let us into the locked areas.
