No smoking in the building .As this is primarily a dance studio there is no liquor license, however a 24hr pass can be obtained through the city if one is required. Food is allowed but the space needs to be found in the condition if was rented. No pets allowed.

Nice spot will use again!
Space was clean and host was very nice and responded almost immediately to my texts. I just wish I knew there was going to be loud construction next door because this specific shoot needed a more intimate setting.
