Our front room is located on the 3rd floor of our beautiful, open space loft located in River North Chicago. Right off of 90/94 interstate with accessible street parking along Ontario or Erie which is within walking distance of our space. We are also located just blocks away from the Brown, Red & Blue line and a refreshing 15-20 minute walk from Ogilvie Commute. Our front room contains a bright, clean environment. Our 2400 sq ft room displays custom graphics, plants, monthly event chalkboard, moveable tables and chairs, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, floor-to-ceiling windows with City views and natural lighting. Our style was made to add creativity to our workspace. Our space not only provides a beautiful workspace, but also offers a robust schedule of custom programming to support its community of women in all aspects of life (business development, wellness, and connections). The 5000 square foot, spacious River North loft was intentionally designed to inspire creativity and serves as a unique spaced to host off-sites, private events and training. There will always be an on-site employee present in case you need any assistance. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, utensils, food & beverages including: coffee, tea and water. In the kitchen is a breakout area with tables and chairs. - Wifi - Tables (seats 10) - Chairs - Refrigerator - Coffee, tea & water access - Utensils - Plates & cup - Microwave - Printer access - Restrooms Beauty Room Amenities: About the space: Our beauty room is perfect for quick touch ups, photoshoots, outfit changes, or refreshments. - Space bookings during the week Mon-Fri between 9-5 last booking will be taken at 4pm. Sat-Sun time varies based on event. - Smoking is not allowed in our space. CATERING - We have an approved list of caterers for you to choose from - If you choose to provide your own food & beverage, you must receive approval PRIOR to the event. If you need assistance our team is happy to make recommendations for you based on your requirements. ALCOHOL - If you plan on serving alcohol at your event you must have an IL licensed bartender who has the required documentation & certification to pour in IL. - This license must be provided to us (14) days prior to your event. - If you are hosting a meeting or team gathering and will be bringing in alcohol, all attendees must be 21+. Please contact us with any questions or if you need us to assist with appropriate staffing. STAFFING - Please bring an appropriate number of volunteers/staff to ensure your event is a success. - We will have (1) staff member on-site to assist with AV set-up & chair set-up. - We can assist with additional staff as needed for an incremental fee. - Please arrange for your staffing needs in advance, including for registration, greeters, decoration, and any other needs you have for your event. SET-UP/STRIKE - Incremental fees will apply. Over 3 hours there will be a $100 cleanup fee added. Over 50 people attending there will be a $100 cleanup fee added. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. This was THE best space for our event (a day long workshop for Life Coaches). Everything was beautiful, well organized and the team behind Evolveher was incredibly helpful, attentive and kind. We will definitely be coming back to host more events here. Great vibe. Great people. Exceptional space!
Our law firm held a stand-up comedy party at EvolveHer. The space is roomy, beautiful and stunning. The staff at EvolveHer were wonderful to work with, made sure we had everything we needed, turned the space around quickly, and were truly interested in our event being a success. We are based in Minnesota, so the staff there helped connect us with a caterer and find a place to get beverages for the party. We would use EvolveHer again in a heartbeat.
