Venue Rental includes use of our AV equipment to include Display Screens, Projectors, sound system, microphones, furniture, staging. _______________ PRICING * All bookings require a Beverage Minimum (see below) * All Day Availability * The quoted $500 per hour rate is simplified and will differ due to our pricing structure (outlined below) VENUE RENTAL FEE Thursday - Saturday Full Day Buyouts $7,950 / day Sunday - Wednesday Full Day Buyouts $5,950 / day _______________ BEVERAGE MINIMUM SPEND *All events require a $3,500 minimum spend on our in-house beverages and/or food *You may choose to purchase open bar packages or drink tickets, the cost of each is outlined below: Open Bar Packages (per person): Beer/Wine/Spirits: 1-hour $25 ; 2-hours $28 ; 3-hours $30 ; 4-hours $32 ; 5-hours $34 Premium Spirits: 1-hour $30 ; 2-hours $33 ; 3-hours $35 ; 4-hours $37 ; 5-hours $39 *open bar prices are all per person and include our entire non-alcoholic selection *18% gratuity will be added to all drink packages Drink Tickets: $10 each - includes beer, wine, specialty cocktail and call liquor selection $12 each - includes the above and our top shelf selections *drink tickets are valid during the event only and include our entire non-alcoholic selection _______________ WALKING THROUGH THE VENUE FOYER -The venue opens into a friendly and spacious front area with lower ceilings and wood beams/pillars. The area itself is over 1500 square feet with its own unique bar seating and reception area. MAIN SPACE - The event space is a wide open historical warehouse with concrete floors and high domed ceilings from the 1930's. It is flanked on one side with a long custom bar and on the other by a huge gallery wall. The the lower half of the 80' x 20' gallery wall is lined with crisp and colorful commercial displays and above with 4 clear projectors. The open design lends itself to both lush artistic displays and serious technical presentations. PRIVATE VIP LOFT - Above the main room's floor is a secluded bar with a great overlook of the gallery wall and the event space itself. This area is styled in homage to Jules Vernes Victorian classic 2000 leagues under the sea. Perfect for VIP section or a crew break room. _______________ FEATURES AND AMENITIES
INSURANCE: We ask that guests provide a certificate of insurance, which can be obtained through the Peerspace Customer Success team. DAMAGES: No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. OUTSIDE CATERING Outside catering is allowed. The pricing to book the space will remain the same and all cost may go towards bar. There is an additional $250 trash cleanup if catering company hired does not cleanup after the event. No outside alcohol allowed. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. No use of fireworks or pyrotechnics allowed.
