Features include luxury residences and amenities such as a pool with poolhouse, café and bar, formal dining rooms, 20 car parking, and are all located on the premises inside a privacy code accessed gate entrance. Our property provides areas for large seating presentations, as well as multiple breakouts for brainstorms, strategy sessions, and relaxation once the sunset begins and people begin to unwind. This level also provides the Library with a two-sided fireplace leading into the pool table room with speakers, formal dining room, private breakfast room, large kitchen, full prep kitchen, and a café and bar foyer into the full media theater with 6 plush recliners. SECOND LEVEL This level provides additional meeting and gathering space including a separate bar, lounge area with screen, and conference table nestled next to a fireplace, all overlooking the Bay Area breathtaking views. OUTDOOR AREAS This residence presents two levels of entertainment, social gathering, or professional meeting space including an outdoor grill station, outdoor fireplace, umbrellas, heat lamps, light patio furniture, a pool with water features, and overlooks the garden. SMOKING This is a non-indoor smoking venue. Smoking will be designated in specified areas. Kids are allowed on premise however, please keep in mind that there is an open pool in courtyard. KEEP IT GREEN We are a green space so any food / utensils / platters / plates brought in must be compostable or packed back out. ANIMALS Are not allowed. Only under special circumstance, and will need to be discussed prior to rental. A surcharge of $250 will be added for each unauthorized infraction. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x

I booked this space for an executive party at a big tech company in Silicon Valley and this is by far the most luxurious, yet cozy venue I've ever booked. The execs at my party were all very impressed by the gorgeous features and details of the home and had a great time. There is so much open space to get creative on whatever it is you'd like your venue to be- and I had a blast planning it. I worked with Frank for the event and he was very accommodating and easy to work with in so many ways. I highly recommend this place and would certainly rent the space again.
