Our 6,000 square foot event space can host events of up to 500 people, with room for more in the outdoor courtyard and patio overlooking the Westside Trail of the Atlanta Beltline. The space is ideal for corporate meetings, conferences, fundraisers, movie shoots, and even weddings. Rental of the space comes with optional drink packages featuring local craft beer. In addition to the venue rental pricing outlined above, we also offer a few different options for beer packages: Open Beer Bar: • $6pp for 1st hour • $5pp for 2nd hour • $4pp for any additional hour Drink Tickets: • $6 per drink ticket, per person • this number is pre-determined before the event Cash Bar: • guests buy and pay for their own drinks, and are responsible for gratuity • a $10 per person minimum is in place--client pays balance if minimum is not met
Two hours of setup time and one hour of breakdown time are included with the venue rental. Additional hours of both setup and breakdown time are available at a rate of $150/hour. Bring it In: - Outside catering is welcome, as we do not offer it in-house. There is no charge to bring in an outside catering vendor, but we do require that they are licensed and insured. - Outside alcohol is also allowed (as long as it is not being sold, i.e. a cash bar). - Dogs on leashes are welcome, and children are also allowed (but preferably not on leashes). Setup: - Set-up and breakdown of all rented materials such as tables and chairs is the responsibility of Client and/or the rental company. - Client and/or the rental company are to provide all necessary tools, including but not limited to can openers, foil, pots, towels, dish detergent, knives, and other supplies necessary to carry out their duties. We will not provide any of the above items. Decor: - No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used on our walls. - Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed, and any wall damage will be billed back to Client. - No glitter, confetti, or feathers (i.e. feather boas) allowed on site. - All electrical cords and equipment must be installed as not to present a hazard for guests or staff. - Any candles with live flame must be globed. Breakdown: - All trash, including sorted recyclables and properly sorted compostables, must be collected, properly bagged and removed by the Client or the caterer. - All rental equipment must be removed no later than one (1) hour after the event ends, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Carlen's space worked perfectly for our large client meeting (roughly 100 attendees). It was great to find a space that was large enough to host a lunch in one part of the room and then a seated lecture in the other part. Carlen was always very responsive and went above and beyond. Would definitely use the space again.
