"What's included in this rate, you ask?" All food and drinks until your hosted tab runs out, and a cash bar begins! OUR SPACE “Relief from the glare of the stage” Caleb Pershan A second story cocktail enclave labeled the Green Room that is typically only open to ticket holders and during showtimes is now available for private events. This self proclaimed lounge and performer waiting room is somewhat secluded behind a semi-secret (okay, open secret) door, and it’s quite literally very green. Our sweet list of beer, wine, and classic cocktail libations below. Host presents an open bar with beer, wine, and spirits, ranging from $6-12 per drink. Food: Host provides a fully staffed commercial kitchen ready to take orders, and averages $14-16 per plate. Pre-determined Menu: Guests are welcome to choose from one of our packages to customize their food/drink experience. Pricing varies, so please note that a pre-determined menu typically exceeds the initial required minimum. Please review all packages in the photography section. After the hosted food and bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase. *Rates are higher during holiday/convention season. ——————— ADDITIONAL SERVICES + RENTALS We have in-house opportunities to create the best guest experience for your event. PRICING Please note: When not hosting private events, we operate as a music lounge open to the public. Our minimums are relative to closing to the public for your event. FOOD AND BAR *In-house food/bar service only *Required minimums include food/bar orders RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours may require an additional fee per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
