About the Space

Palm Springs in LA!. Bold pops of color, designer furniture, funky wallpaper and lush landscaping come together to make this vibrant and photogenic space. There is one master bedroom with king bed and banana leaf wallpaper, en-suite featuring large tub and separate glass shower. There is an indoor gas fireplace and modern kitchen with view on pool. The exterior features a guest house used for shoots or MUA, a large swimming pool with jacuzzi within, a waterfall, 10-seat dining table, lush mango trees and a cactus garden. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This house location was great. Literally brings Palm Springs to LA. The rooms are spacious and the house provides so many looks/textures, even within the same room. The pool house was great for makeup and talent holding. Plenty of street parking. The pool exterior seating areas are a great element. I have only positive things to say about this space. Henry was amazing as a host and was able to answer/address every question we had. Thanks Henry. We would love to come back and film in the future.

This house is just absolutely beautiful and so well decorated. Just from looking at the raw footage, our commercial is going to look amazing. Henry, the host, is so kind and accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better experience during our fast-paced, 1 day shoot. He was also so quick to respond to messages before and during the shoot which is always appreciated when you are on a tight schedule. We were able to utilize various areas of this house to make it seem like several completely different locations. I would love to shoot here again and utilize more of the beautiful decor and spaces that this house offers. Thank you Henry for helping us create art!
