About the Space

Palm Springs style in Sherman Oaks! Bold pops of color, designer furniture, funky wallpaper and desert landscaping come together to make this vibrant and photogenic space. There is one master bedroom with king bed and banana leaf wallpaper, en-suite featuring large tub and separate glass shower. There is an indoor gas fireplace and modern kitchen. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We had a great shoot at the Flamingo House! It was the perfect location for that palm springs/festival vibe without leaving the LA area. Jacob & Fanny were great hosts and let us do our thing.

The Flamingo House was a perfect location for our Spring lookbook photoshoot. Jacob and Fanny were very communicative and made the entire process simple and straightforward. The space was just as advertised and was a Palm Springs Oasis in the middle of Los Angeles!
