Specific accommodations will be made, only after booking is received/paid. •Wall color changes are available, for an additional fee of $900/room &/or $500/hall space & must be painted back. Home exterior color changes are available. Let your imagination run wild. •Use of Exterior includes: sprawling front veranda, front & side lawns. Sitting back porch, 1,200 sq. ft. sunlit private garden area w/patio & rustic picket fence may be available w/advanced scheduling. Driveway, side of veranda, or Chalet Studio is not included. •Special rates can be offered for pre-rig, construction, set dressing, pre-light, rehearsal, load in &/or strike days. •Facility may be made 'accessible'esq', with enough advanced notice. •Central location on residential, tree-lined Avenue, in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, NYC. •Convenient street parking, subway, bus & cab access. •Neighbouring private driveway parking can be rented, for an additional $139/day or $179/overnight. •Besides this Queen Anne Victorian, alternative home exterior 'cheats' in Dutch Colonial, Tudor, Americana & Craftsman styles, can be rented, in the immediate vicinity, for an additional $139/hour. I’m not quite sure how I would have been able to accomplish what we accomplished in such a short period of time if it were not for this host. Ci and her team became a part of our team. From the very moment we went to do location scouting here Ci was very accommodating with the space and understood the needs of the project beyond my needs as a producer. The communication, which is one of the most important factors, was second to none. We were even allowed to come the night before so we could drop off equipment and stage the areas of the location that we were using. I was so blessed to find this location because I didn’t have to to much staging at all. Ci was the hostess with the most! We didn’t have to go anywhere to find set props because it was all there. When we begin production Ci and her crew was very hands-on with us as we needed them. At times we didn’t know we needed them until we needed them and they were ready prepared. One of the people within her crew generously did a lot of BTS (behind the scene) photos of us and it was so professional. I don’t know how much I can praise them but without them we wouldn’t have been able to finish our supernatural Short Film. The location is so big that it’s easy to play around with the rooms to make it look like different locations which is what we did based on Ci’s recommendation from our location scouting visit. If you’re looking for a house with character, personality, and good vibes then this is location you want for your project. I hope I am welcomed back if I ever need to use this space again. I will also refer anyone I can think of who would need to use it.
