This classic, 5-story Class A space off main road 73 South between 295 and Rt. 38 in the heart of Mt. Laurel, is the perfect location to conduct business in South Jersey. Right next to Cherry Hill and minutes from downtown Philadelphia, over 400,000 people arrive in Mt. Laurel each day to work. We are also close to the Moorestown and Cherry Hill Mall. Hotels and Restaurants within walking distance This beautiful boardroom is perfect for training seminars and large meetings. Equipped with a poly-com, TV and seating up to 18 people. We provide HDMI cords so that you can hook up your laptop to project. We have an experienced staff onsite to help you with any tasks during your meeting you may need done; ordering lunch, making copies, scanning, you name it. We are open during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday with professional receptionists to greet guests, and lounge and kitchen area access. The room was quite dirty. I had to get cleaning products to spruce it up. The table looked as if it had not been wiped, cleaned or tended to in weeks. There was debris on the floor. The white board was orange. The upholstered chairs in the hallway are frayed. The bathroom was clean.
