Together, we will collaboratively decide on the video concepts, the look/feel and style, the location and set design, and lock down all the other details involved with how the actual videos are going to look, sound, and perform. Once we have the road map developed in the pre-production stage, we will put it all together in front of the cameras. Video editing (not included) can be optionally added separately.
All rental times must include setup and teardown time; if available, overtime is charged at 1x our regular rate during our normal operating hours or 1.5x our regular rate outside our operating normal hours to accommodate staffing schedule changes. Unless otherwise noted (see consecutive rentals above), guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. We are a family-friendly facility and reserve the right to respectfully decline projects or content that do not align with our mission. Smoking is not permitted within the facility. We respectfully cannot allow animals that are not registered service animals.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
