About the Space

4200 sf event facility with a large white Cyc Wall, Kitchen, 20ft high ceiling, industrial style interior, Lounge Seating with couches, Hair and Makeup room, Loading dock, Loft office or DJ area. Secured Gated & Fenced facility with plenty of onsite parking and unlimited free parking on the street. ***Security Guard is required for all events. If guest does not have a company, it will be provided by studio at ~ $35/hr *** ~~~$275 flat rate to turn the WHITE CYC Wall Lights On~~~~ ~~$275 Fresh White Floor Paint~~ ***$100 Projector*** *$100 Scissor Lift* *5 hr minimum (can include setup and breakdown time)

Weekends we have 40 free parking spots inside the fence. Unlimited free (no meters) parking on street.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

My son college graduation party was here at this venue. Very nice place. Parking was amazing. Where in Atlanta can you find secured parking without a fee nowhere. No worries at Bright Screen Studio’s, plenty of parking. Grisham was an excellent host. She responds almost immediately, when you send her a request or question. Very professional. She assisted me with a security guard (Captain Moulder)and a bar tender(Mixy Chixs bartender) both provided excellent service. My son had an amazing time!! If you looking for a great place to host a party or an event consider Bright Screen Studio’s you will not be disappointed. Thanks Grisham for your top notch service! Superior at best!!!

We loved this space for our halloween party! It was great that there were a kitchen and some furniture provided (tables and chairs). Grishma was also very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. This is truly a multi-functional space!
