• Mixed-used space, ideal for private events and/or off-site meetings • Central Capitol Hill location near Pine/Pike corredor with dozens of nearby food and drink options • Approximately 1200 sq ft, fits 50 people comfortably • Outdoor space (unsecured) available • Food trucks available on site (additional charge negotiated through the food truck) • Available for daytime or evening usage • Full barw/stools, sink, water cooler, WiFi, stereo/speakers, bar tables & stools, and additional folding tables if needed. • NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES to bring in your own alcohol, food, catering or other services, etc. • Bring in your own bartender (or ask us - we can refer you to bartender/bar services at about $50/hr, depending on availability) • Rate: $150/hr, minimum 4 hour, includes a host to open/close.+$90 cleaning fee. We offer a 15 min grace period on either end to set-up and tear-down, if you need additional time, please include that time in your booking request. • Availability: 24/7 depending on availability of staff to open/close. Additional fees may apply for bookings that end between 3am-7am. Certain holidays (NYE, Christmas, etc) may have a higher hourly rate or minimum hours. • Please inquire about visiting the space ahead of time if you'd like to see if it's a good fit. Generally weekdays between 10-3 are available for viewings. NOTE ON "SOCIAL EVENTS": Peerspace defines a "social event" as "any event where alcohol is sold, tickets are distributed, attendance is by open invitation, or where there is a charge for entry". Most private parties do not fall into this category, so you do not need any additional permits (like a City of Seattle Banquet Permit). If you are classified as a social event you will be required to get an additional Banquet Permit and abide by Peerspace's Social Event rules (this is a Commercial space, so Residential rules don't apply to bookings) https://www.peerspace.com/legal/terms/social-event-policy IF YOU ARE SERVING ALCOHOL you will also be required to sign an additional alcohol liability waiver prior to your event.

Prior to each booking, the space is vacuumed and mopped, and surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant. We have a hand-washing station in the space with soap, warm water, and paper towels, as well as a common bathroom with soap, warm water and paper towels. Guests are encouraged to bring disposable plates, cups and utensils, but any dishes or serving trays will be washed and disinfected. Any other items will be disposed, and the garbage will be removed and new linings added to garbage and recycling bins. Guests are encouraged to use face masks, and additional instructions for safety measures are printed out and displayed in the space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
