About The Tequila Lab
• Mixed-used space, ideal for casual off-site meetings • Central Capitol Hill location with dozens of nearby food and drink options • Approximately 1200 sq ft, fits 50 people comfortably • Outdoor space (unsecured) available • Food trucks available on site (additional charge negotiated through the food truck) • Available for daytime or evening usage • Full barw/stools, sink, water cooler, WiFi, stereo/speakers, bar tables & stools, and additional folding tables if needed. • NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES to bring in your own alcohol, food, catering or other services, etc. • Bring in your own bartender (or ask us - we can refer you to bartender/bar services at about $50/hr, depending on availability) • Rate: $150/hr, minimum 4 hour, includes a host to open/close.+$90 cleaning fee. We offer a 15 min grace period on either end to set-up and tear-down, if you need additional time, please include that time in your booking request. • Availability: 24/7 depending on availability of staff to open/close. Additional fees may apply for bookings that end between 3am-7am. Certain holidays (NYE, Christmas, etc) may have a higher hourly rate or minimum hours. • Please inquire about visiting the space ahead of time if you'd like to see if it's a good fit. Generally weekdays between 10-3 are available for viewings. NOTE ON "SOCIAL EVENTS": Peerspace defines a "social event" as "any event where alcohol is sold, tickets are distributed, attendance is by open invitation, or where there is a charge for entry". Most private parties do not fall into this category, so you do not need any additional permits (like a City of Seattle Banquet Permit). If you are classified as a social event you will be required to get an additional Banquet Permit and abide by Peerspace's Social Event rules (this is a Commercial space, so Residential rules don't apply to bookings) https://www.peerspace.com/legal/terms/social-event-policy IF YOU ARE SERVING ALCOHOL you will also be required to sign an additional alcohol liability waiver prior to your event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

The Tequila Lab was an amazing place to host an engagement party! There’s a really cool bar area to make and serve drinks! The audio system was amazing to get some loud music and dancing going! The host was also super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this space for anyone!

Had the pleasure of shooting several scenes of a film here, and the location is fantastic. It had the atmosphere we needed, and Sven was very kind and accommodating to the shoot. Would recommend this lab to all people looking for a great bar location.

Great space for a birthday event of about 30 people. Hosts were great and helped make sure everything went smoothly both before and after the days of the event.

This was the perfect venue for our cozy gathering for a surprise birthday 40th birthday party. Everything in terms of directions beforehand and in the walk-through was very straightforward. I planned the party from out-of-state and used a delivery service to get things to the venue the day I flew in. Great to have the ability to coordinate a party without even being in the same city and not having a car. Food trucks were such a hit too! Highly recommend the tequilas. So good and a cool souvenir for the occasion.

In addition, the tour of the space was very easy to understand, beautifully put together and the music system made the party more vibrant!
