• Mixed-used space, ideal for private events and/or off-site meetings • Central Capitol Hill location near Pine/Pike corredor with dozens of nearby food and drink options • Approximately 1200 sq ft, fits 50 people comfortably • Outdoor space (unsecured) available • Food trucks available on site (additional charge negotiated through the food truck) • Available for daytime or evening usage • Full barw/stools, sink, water cooler, WiFi, stereo/speakers, bar tables & stools, and additional folding tables if needed. • NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES to bring in your own alcohol, food, catering or other services, etc. • Bring in your own bartender (or ask us - we can refer you to bartender/bar services at about $50/hr, depending on availability) • Rate: $150/hr, minimum 4 hour, includes a host to open/close.+$90 cleaning fee. We offer a 15 min grace period on either end to set-up and tear-down, if you need additional time, please include that time in your booking request. • Availability: 24/7 depending on availability of staff to open/close. Additional fees may apply for bookings that end between 3am-7am. Certain holidays (NYE, Christmas, etc) may have a higher hourly rate or minimum hours. • Please inquire about visiting the space ahead of time if you'd like to see if it's a good fit. Generally weekdays between 10-3 are available for viewings. NOTE ON "SOCIAL EVENTS": Peerspace defines a "social event" as "any event where alcohol is sold, tickets are distributed, attendance is by open invitation, or where there is a charge for entry". Most private parties do not fall into this category, so you do not need any additional permits (like a City of Seattle Banquet Permit). If you are classified as a social event you will be required to get an additional Banquet Permit and abide by Peerspace's Social Event rules (this is a Commercial space, so Residential rules don't apply to bookings) https://www.peerspace.com/legal/terms/social-event-policy IF YOU ARE SERVING ALCOHOL you will also be required to sign an additional alcohol liability waiver prior to your event. The venue is great and the host was very responsive to all of my queries. Lisa and Stefan are very easy to work with as a host. The venue has good speakers. It’s just mic was not functioning but fortunately I had an alternative for that.. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Great spot for my birthday party! Hosts Lisa and Sven are very responsive and welcoming! The space has a fun/chill vibe and people can hang indoors or outdoors on the fenced courtyard. Music could be played both indoor and outdoor since there are no residences nearby, which was a nice feature. Angel’s Mexican street food truck was popular among my guests. Cleanup is super easy: just took our stuff out and they handled the rest. An all around great time!

Great space for our needs. Held a surprise graduation party for my daughter. Had sound, lights, seating, bar and bar tending tools, tables for food, and food trucks outside for those who wanted more. The staff was helpful and supportive. The Tequila Lab is in a great location on Capitol Hill. Perfect!!

This space was perfect for our anniversary party. We had about 40 people and the space didn't feel cramped or too empty at all. We set up a food table, used the bar, set up a projector with a slideshow, and had a little photobooth section as well. And we used the sound system which was great. Lisa and the others from the venue that I talked to were all super responsive and helpful at every step. The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom light flickered for the first hour or so we had it on, which wasn't a big issue for us. There's really only one downside which is location -- on one hand the location is amazing, it's a short walk to tons of fun things in Cap Hill such as bars/clubs for an afterparty. However, the space around the venue is a bit janky -- there's construction, 2 closed food trucks on site, etc. You can see using google photos streetview, or drive past the venue to see for yourself. The inside was really cute, we had a great time, the people were great, and the price was super reasonable. Can't recommend this venue enough, would (and probably will) book again.

This place was perfect for a New Year's party for 15 people (It could easily host 20 more people). We had enough room to setup our food, a bar, DJ set, a dance floor, a game area and a projector area for countdown. It's on the ground floor of a busy street with no neighbors, so we could be as loud as we wanted. Host was responsive. We had a great time. All the party guests praised how the party turned out.

I didn't have time to come by before our event, but the pictures show the basic layout of the space pretty well. Lisa was also very responsive for any questions I had prior to our event date. Once we were there, Stephen let us in and walked through everything. He was very welcoming, very communicative, and the space was exactly perfect for our work party. Would definitely book again for a similar-sized guest list (20-30).
