It is best suited for classes, photo shoots, meetings, and events with 50 people or less. Birthday parties, yoga classes, and corporate functions work well in our space. Conveniently located near the West Seattle bridge with free and easy to access off street parking. Next door there is a cafe and club that caters, as well as serves lunch, dinner, brunch. *We are willing to offer a discount to Non-Profits. Must Show Proof. Please inquire with Host for details. You are also welcome to work with the Peerspace Concierge Team. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event you must obtain the proper permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. YOU MUST submit this permit BEFORE your rental date. GARBAGE You must haul out all of garbage after your event. We will provide you with bags. Leaving garbage at our space will result in dump fees. ADDITIONAL RENTALS Can request to rent a PA system and/or a projector from us at an additional charge. You are also welcome to work with Peerspace Concierge. CONVENIENCE Free off-street parking next to and behind our building.
All rentals include set up and teardown time. Additional Flat Cleaning Fee of $25 No smoking allowed in the space. Alcohol can be served in the space if the proper permits are acquired. Only painter's tape may be used on the floors and walls. No nails or thumb tacks in our walls. Leaving garbage in our space or at the dumpster outside will result in dump-removal fees. -$50 for the first bag left -$25 for each additional bag -$10 added to every large bag over 15 lbs
Overall it was a great space, my only concern and my biggest concern was you were out of white rolling paper for backdrop. We booked your space for a photo shoot and the most important thing we needed you didn’t have. We made due with our time and worked around that issue and had a great time. Please make sure you have things we need when we ask you in advance
I just hosted a baby shower in this venue. It was a great space and Kristina was very informative and helpful! The space easily accommodated our 16 guest shower. We set up 3 tables for guests, a gift table, a table for drinks, two tables for food, and a table for favors. In total we used 9 6ft tables—8 were provided by the space and we brought one table of our own. They also provided folding chairs—I think there were about 30. We could have easily accommodated more people. There was a bathroom in the back of the space. It was a bit of a hassle to take the trash/recycling with us after the party and being able to use a bin there would have been more convenient. I would absolutely recommend this space and I would book again in the future.
The space was perfect! Had my baby shower here and so many were fascinated with the space and its presentation. Would definitely recommend and use this space again!
Space was fantastic & perfect for our fundraising event! Lighting was fantastic for an art party! Highly recommend using this space for your event, there was also plenty of parking which is so nice for the city!
The space was great! A few people had a hard time finding it, but that's just because they were unfamiliar with the area and it's not a likely rental space. I recommend bringing larger garbage bags if you are having an event with food/drinks. Kristina was super helpful and it all worked out great!
This was a great space for our Fall launch party. It was so easy that tables were provided, so we could just bring in food and drinks. The space has a great vibe too.
We LOVED this space for our baby shower! So easy to take a tour/ book the space and our guests loved the venue. Kristina made everything so easy and always got back to us within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!
