**Available Monday - Thursday Only** Our small conference room is located on the 3rd floor of our beautiful, open space loft located in River North Chicago. Right off of 90/94 interstate with accessible street parking along Ontario or Erie which is within walking distance of our space. We are also located just blocks away from the Brown, Red & Blue line and a refreshing 15-20 minute walk from Ogilvie Commute. Our bright, small conference room has been refurbished with on-trend, comfortable table and chairs, accessorized with plants, art and lighting, as well as top of the line technology for important conference and business meetings. Our space is a creative workspace designed for women to connect, collaborate & curate a life they love (creative use only). Our space not only provides a beautiful workspace, but also offers a robust schedule of custom programming to support its community of women in all aspects of life (business development, wellness, and connections). The 5000 square foot, spacious River North loft was intentionally designed to inspire creativity and serves as a unique spaced to host off-sites, private events and training. Features: - Kitchen area - Collaborative table - (1) TV - Makeup room - Coffee, tea & water - Elevator access There is a two stall restroom located in the kitchen and a one person restroom located in the main hall. There will always be an on-site employee present in case you need any assistance. Our beauty room is perfect for quick touch ups, photoshoots, outfit changes, or refreshments. Furnished with large vanity that seats up to three people at a time with large mirrors as well as comfortable chaise lounge chair to relax on. - Lounge chair - Makeup Vanity - Feminine Products - Hair accessories - Hair styling tools - Changing room - Can be used for production purposes
- Space bookings during the week Mon-Fri between 9-5 last booking will be taken at 4pm. Sat-Sun time varies based on event. - Smoking is not allowed in our space. CATERING - We have an approved list of caterers for you to choose from - If you choose to provide your own food & beverage, you must receive approval PRIOR to the event. If you need assistance our team is happy to make recommendations for you based on your requirements. ALCOHOL - If you plan on serving alcohol at your event you must have an IL licensed bartender who has the required documentation & certification to pour in IL. - This license must be provided to us (14) days prior to your event. - If you are hosting a meeting or team gathering and will be bringing in alcohol, all attendees must be 21+. Please contact us with any questions or if you need us to assist with appropriate staffing. STAFFING - Please bring an appropriate number of volunteers/staff to ensure your event is a success. - We will have (1) staff member on-site to assist with AV set-up & chair set-up. - We can assist with additional staff as needed for an incremental fee. - Please arrange for your staffing needs in advance, including for registration, greeters, decoration, and any other needs you have for your event. SET-UP/STRIKE - Incremental fees will apply. Over 3 hours there will be a $100 cleanup fee added. Over 50 people attending there will be a $100 cleanup fee added. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was nice but they double booked us and had to move us to a new room. I had requested equipment to be able to hook up to TV which also was not ready. Our meeting started 20 min late due to these factors.

The conference room I booked yesterday at 358 W Ontario St. in the "evolveHer" Office Space was incredible. The front desk assistant was friendly and helpful in escorting me and my guest to our reserved room, and the entire office was clean, gorgeous, and quiet. Complimentary water was even provided! There were multiple restrooms available in the office as a whole, and there was a parking lot only 5 minutes away from the building, which was so convenient. I will definitely be returning to this space in the future!

The space was beautiful, but unfortunately if you’re looking to film here with volume this wouldn’t be your location. Given that the lofted/open ceilings don’t allow for sound seclusion.

The space is great to use for many things. Tasha and Jackie were very helpful and kind. Tasha responded to each email promptly, and her instructions were very detailed and transparent. Great host overall.
