RATE, Guest # and rules were written for STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. If you are interested in filming, the crew size, hours etc. would need to be known before we can consider. *We are both TV producers so very well aware of production needs & impact on a location.

Listed rate is for still photography within the 20 person capacity. Video rates would start at $500/hr due to the wear and tear of equipment and moving bodies in this space.
Home must be left in the condition it was entered in - Production is responsible for clean up, removing heavy trash, and paying for any damages to the space, furniture, or items, that occur during the duration of use.
Furniture & Props - This is our full time residence with all of our belongings and personal collections. We are happy to accommodate props, movement of furniture, and use of it in other areas with prior permission, but please do not do it at your own discretion to prevent expensive and non-repairable damages. Feel free to send us a list before the date of shoot if you are interested in renting props from our collections or need items moved or omitted.
Furniture in living areas are not available for hanging out or working on, but will be on set to use for talent only. Please respect it. A workspace can be set up at the dining table, kitchen counters, and under the covered patio.
Oils and lotions are not allowed to be used inside the house or on the pool loungers outside as this stains and leaves a residue on the furniture, wallpaper, and unfinished woods.
Absolutely no glass in the backyard: Camera equipment and lighting is okay, but please bring plastic glasses, bottles, or plexiglass for pool/backyard props.
Please do not place heels or equipment on any of the furniture or foot stools, as this stretches and punctures holes through the fabric and permanently dents the pads.
While this is a location, this is also our full-time home, so please be respectful of the space and our neighbors during your production.
Proof of insurance required for larger productions or productions that require more equipment than 2 large pelican cases. Single day insurance can be purchased through The Event Helper.
A security deposit may be required depending on the nature of your project.
Owner or location manager will be on premises day/s of shooting.
Since we have residential trash cans, trash must be carried out. Each production is allotted one courtesy kitchen size bag. Every additional bag left will be charged $25 per bag.
Plants and landscaping must be treated with care. Production will be charged for any injured plants or ceramic pots.
Rates are based upon hours on premises, including set-up and clean up time. Video shooting is at our discretion and requires a higher rate due to equipment and production size. Please inquire within.
