Our loft is a creative community space. The open floor plan is perfect for off-site team meetings and get-togethers, workshops, and creative brainstorming sessions. We are located on the 2nd floor, giving the space a lot of light. Contemporary and industrial in design, it features decorative touches such as support beams, skylights and track and pendant lighting. First impressions of our office have included: Cali-chill, warm vibes (the opposite of a sterile office space), colorful, and simple but fun! The large workroom comfortably seats 15 people. There are 10 large screen computer monitors available for use. A small conference room with window is attached which includes seating for 6, a Polycom for making conference calls, a widescreen with Apple TV, and enough Palm Springs style desert vibes to bring you some focus and calm. Also attached is a full private kitchen and restroom. Start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $100/hour. There is a 4-hour minimum. A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for each booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:30pm. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum). There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the space. No alcohol consumption in the space. An on-site manager will always be available in case you require assistance. Guests are welcome to arrange their own catering. Please notify us in advance if you need to move the furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits and COIs for all vendors. Guests must have their own General Liability insurance. A certificate with our organization as added insured must be sent to the host.
