Bungalow, Bungalo, Beach house, Cottage, Getaway, Escape, House, Home, The Beach house is a very colorful, vibrant beach bungalow! It took a lot of work and heart to create this amazing environment. If you are looking for a unique and colorful experience, you have come to the right place! This house is truly a vacation in itself. Decorated and owned by professional Interior Designers/Decorators/Realtors, this Caribbean-Inspired Getaway is unlike any other home. Filled with one-of-a-kind stained glass (including beautifully carved stained glass bedroom doors, dual masters - one we call the "Captain's Room" featuring a queen bed, hanging chair hammock and a clawfoot bathtub perched on a pedestal and the other "The Bamboo Room" has furniture taken straight from a villa in Mexico with a spacious walk-in closet and double bed handmade from bamboo. Our 800 sq ft wraparound cobblestone porch overlooks our beautiful peaceful street and expands our bungalow into an outdoor environment, with its dining table for 12 made from 100+ yr old barn wood. Close our outdoor curtains for even more privacy as you lounge on the hanging bed and take in the scent of the fresh flowers along the perimeter of the veranda. Ahhh...

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Event Insurance is Required. 2. This is a NON SMOKING home. 3. Pets are not permitted on property under any conditions unless an extra pet security deposit is paid and extra charges are added. This must be arranged in advance. 4. USE at OWN RISK. The Beach House has entry stairs, a cobbled patio, hanging beds and furniture, a step-up clawfoot tub in the Captain’s Bedroom, floors that can be slick when wet and a barbecue grill. Please use caution and care, as you will be using the property at your own risk. 5. Guests need to follow all rules outlined in the Dana Point City Ordinance for Short Term Rentals. 6. Beach communities have houses quite close together and sound travels. Please be mindful of this with your music at all times but especially on work nights. 7. 10 pm to 7 am - Quiet hours. (Out of respect for our close neighbors and to continue to be allowed to use the house as a vacation rental.) 8. No raucous parties or events allowed. Due to close neighbors and the delicate artistic touches throughout the house, crazy parties are not allowed. The BH is for guests looking to enjoy a nice chill, event or filming or shoot! 9. If a film, "Bitchin' Digs" and "The Bitchin' Beach House" must be credited in the credits for location and pages must be tagged in all social media. We want to be a part of your promotional process and your awesome creation! 10.
