This is a sushi and grill Restaurant with a full bar and lounge space. A chill, laidback, vintagey, sunroom space. With customized handmade vintage decor. There's 3 facades open completely to the street - you can feel the warm breeze on your face. 1250 sq foot. Lots of antique pieces, reclaimed wood dining tables and bar counter. Unique chandeliers, soft yellow lighting. Brick walls. Live music/DJ is allowed. With opened facades, the bar can fit around 60-70 ppl. With it closed, holds around 50 people.

I had a great time at this space for a New Year’s Eve party. Eliza was amazing in helping with the party planning and ensuring we had everything we wanted for it. The space itself was great with a front bar area and back room perfect for a DJ and dancing. The decorations they had in the space were also very cute. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely book another event here!

Eliza was such a responsive and accommodating Host! I threw a birthday for about 70 people. We were able to turn have the venue into a dance floor (loud music, flashing lights, dark) and leave half the venue as a spot for mingling and socializing. It was perfect for the crowd size. I tried the stir fry noodles which was great. Kitchen and bar were fully staffed the entire night and Eliza had a lot of great suggestions for setting up the venue for the vibe I was going for. 10/10 would book here again. My friends said they loved this venue too.

The host of the space was so quick to reply to any of my questions. They worked with our drink and food budget. The space was intimate and gorgeous. The separation of the front bar space and back area worked out so well for us. The food was so reasonably priced and delicious!!! The open design was gorgeous. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend this location and would book it again.

I had to make a miracle in about 2 weeks since my last space fell through. It was my 30th birthday and bat mitzvah. Eliza was not only responsive, but super helpful and was able to accommodate my requests for a vegan and also kosher respectful menu. The food is out of this world and the space is perfect for a dance floor. My guests loved the decor. They were also huge fans of the blue drink. (yes get it, it's so good and you'll have an even better time) Eliza even helped me come up with a speciality cocktail that went over amazingly. I am so grateful that I celebrated such a momentous occasion in such an amazing space. 5 stars, 10 stars, All Stars!

Had a Halloween dance party in the space and it was perfect. We had two DJ's in the back with a dance floor which was very ideal. And the front bar area was perfect for people that wanted to hang and talk. Eliza was so easy to work with and very responsive answering any and all Q's. Everyone had an amazing time and we hope to rent this space out again in the future.
