Flexible seating allows for casual mingling or formal dining. A full catering kitchen makes this space ideal for small cooking demonstrations or events that utilize catering. The space features: 60 inch TV Casual seating for 27 guests Kitchen includes - refrigerator, oven, microwave, large island and bar stools Tall Ceilings and accent lighting Direct access to the space through the lobby - no elevators Additional dining tables and chairs available to rent: 4 - 34x34 tables with white table clothes and black folding chairs (seats 4) - $45/ grouping 3 - 6 foot tables with white table clothes and black folding chairs- (seats 8) - $75/grouping This space can comfortably hold up to 40 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking is not available within the building but street and public parking is available in the area.

Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. This space is located within a residential building, events including amplified music such as instrumentalists, DJ's or karaoke will need to be approved in advance of the event and must be kept at a low conversational level as to not disturb the residents or staff of the community. Events wishing to serve Alcohol must use a licensed caterer/bartender with the appropriate Insurance Rider. This space is available for rent 7 days a week, your booking time should include adequate allowance for set-up and clean-up within the space - we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Overtime will be charged if the event begins/ends after or before the allotted time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
