This house has an open floor plan with a casual farm house feel. - Located in the lovely urban neighbor of Willow Glen ( San Jose) with tree lined streets and a short walk to downtown Willow Glen. - Natural light and cool neutral colors throughout. - 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, office 3600 sqft - Two Dining Spaces - Round or oval dining room table and an 8ft rectangle farm table with metal chairs and bench (8 people) - Remodeled master suite with dark, wide plank pine floors, white V board ceiling, 5 windows for natural light and greenery as well as a marble fireplace with white wooden mantel. - scenic outdoor setting - Backyard has an ivy covered stone fireplace with BBQ, sitting area along with a large grass and greenery throughout. This house has a beautiful outside bar with TV. Front yard includes a covered brick porch with white bead board ceiling and a white rose lined brick walkway. Two large sycamore trees lie between the street and sidewalk. - Home is ideal for a photo shoot or video/commercial. Beautiful outdoor stone fireplace resides in a lush backyard.

Kirsten was an outstanding host - she accommodated all our requests, and prepared the property so that our film crew was able to immediately get to work once we arrived there. The house itself is stunning, and backyard area with patio, bar counter, and an auxiliary structure is very convenient. Highly recommend!
