No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. We booked this space for a day-long conference. While it's visually stunning, the venue itself is very bare bones in terms of what is included (AV, furniture, movers), and there are several restrictions around branding, noise, trash, and what you can do in the space. In the end, we hired a production team to help us navigate the venue's complex restrictions. If you're doing a simple event that doesn't require AV, branding, or noise past 5pm this space is great. If you want the above, I wouldn't recommend it.
