The 10,000+ square foot space can accommodate up to 360 people and comprises of: - Lobby & Lounge - The Hall - Wet Bar & Catering Station - Art Gallery Installations - One yellow mini food truck scooter Our space is inspired by the concept of taking opposite colors and pairing them together to make interesting and complementary color combinations. We see our space -- complete with colorful shipping containers -- as a blank canvas to design experiences that bring people together from diverse walks of life. Serving alcohol must come with appropriate serving license. Caterers will need to supply a COI and Vendor Access form. All trash must be removed from premise on own (by caterer). There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. However, the pantry for catering prep has several power outlets on separate circuit breakers so full scale catering is possible. We offer larger discounts on full day and multi-day rentals.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We booked this space for a day-long conference. While it's visually stunning, the venue itself is very bare bones in terms of what is included (AV, furniture, movers), and there are several restrictions around branding, noise, trash, and what you can do in the space. In the end, we hired a production team to help us navigate the venue's complex restrictions. If you're doing a simple event that doesn't require AV, branding, or noise past 5pm this space is great. If you want the above, I wouldn't recommend it.
