Huge open WAREHOUSE SPACE 10k SQF for Photoshoot, Film shoot, Car Commercial, Music video, Set build, Pop-Up Event, Art shows Events, Meetings, Corporate Events, Workshops, Fitness Class, bachelor party. Open 24/7. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms. PS. this price is for only 3k sqf if you want the whole space an addional $25/hour will be charged

All rentals include setup and breakdown time. If you'd like to extend the shoot time, just contact us to ensure the space is still available. Lighting equipment, production supplies and props are not included in rental price. Please inquire about pricing. All guest are responsible for leaving the space as found. **We charge a cleaning fee per day that varies depending on the size of your crew. 10 people or less = $50 / day 11 --> 20 people = $75 / day 20 --> 40 people = $100 / day 41 --> 60 people = $150 / day 61 --> 100 people = $200 / day

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
