SECURITY DEPOSIT Please note that a security deposit will be required in the form of a check or wire transfer, (the “Security Deposit”) directly to Block 41 60 days prior to your event date. Block 41 will return the Security Deposit to within 15 days after your event date; provided that, after the event, Event Host Parties/Clients vacate and surrender the venue in the same or substantially the same condition as it was prior to the event date. If any excessive cleaning is necessary (above and beyond the basic cleaning service provided by Block 41) or any repairs to the venue are necessary as a result of Event Host’s/Client's use of the venue, Block 41 will apply the security deposit (if any) to such cleaning and repair costs and Event Host/Client shall promptly pay to Block 41 any deficiency.
No smoking inside the venue but there is an outdoor courtyard where smoking is permitted. No confetti cannons. All trash must be removed by guest at the end of the booking. Garbage service is not provided. All guests must provide a COI with the venue listed as an additional insured. Rental hours must include set-up and tear-down. Other than that, we are pretty flexible and accommodating! If you wonder, just ask.
