The kitchen has all the amenities one would need for entertaining and the great room has a 15ft barrel ceiling which creates a nice expanse. In addition, the light gray walls white walls and large windows create a light and airy atmosphere. The open floor plan is perfect for large groups and moving furniture around is easy to create your perfect set up. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The Lowdown: On the technology side, there is a 50 inch flat screen TV, and there is whole audio. You will also have access to Free Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Cable and Pandora. This house is full of creature comforts such as linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The expansive outside is perfect for enjoying Lake Travis and there is a public boat dock. Bring your boat! There are three reserved parking spaces with more available. There are local companies that offer services for pontoon boats and jet skis. They deliver these to the public boat dock, so all you have to do is walk!!! This property is excellent for an off site full day meetings, a company retreat, bridal or baby shower, birthday parties, Brunches, Luncheons and dinners. The sky is the limit.
