SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSITS: A $3,000 security deposit is due 30 business days prior to the event. It is fully refundable within two weeks following the event provided there are no damages to the property. PAYMENT TERMS & RESERVATIONS: An initial non-refundable confirmation deposit of 25% is needed to hold the venue for specified date of event and is payable at the time of contract submission. Holidays require a 50% non-refundable payment in advance in order to reserve. The remaining balance (along with the security/damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to the event date. **All payments can be paid via cash, certified check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). SECURITY & RESTROOM ATTENDANTS: Security and Restroom Attendants can be added for your convenience, rates vary. OTHER: All other services such as catering, bartending, and rentals must be contracted through insured external vendors. Our site mangers can provide all potential clients with recommendations. Catering must be approved by on site manager, pending formal walkthrough.
