About the Space
This modern, yet cozy loft can be transformed to accommodate your next meeting retreat. The unique architecture, open floor plan and natural light make it ideal for live performances, photo shoots, pop ups, dinners and more. The space features a full kitchen, 20 ft ceilings, skylight, 16 ft wall of windows (upstairs), stone floors, small outdoor space and amazing original art. Depending on the furniture arrangement, the space can fit up to 60 guests. Its is conveniently located between Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations and has close on street parking.

An absolutely FANTASTIC space! Everything about it was great - the aesthetic, the speaker system, and the ease of load-in/load-out. All of my guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful it was. I will certainly be using it again! Also, having the two defined spaces - with the loft and downstairs - was really nice for setting up little activities for my Halloween party. And Jamon was incredibly communicative and super helpful!
